Emapta Standout Talent Awards & Recognition (STAR) Program is a quarterly company-wide initiative designed to recognize and reward outstanding performance among our employees.
It's our way of saying thank you for your hard work, dedication & commitment to excellence.

Criteria & Eligibility
for Nomination
This program is open to all active regular client staff with no pending resignation and have clear disciplinary records
at the time of nomination.
Outstanding Performance
This could be exceeding expectations in your role, consistently delivering high-quality work, or taking the initiative to improve processes.
Recognition
This can be in the form of at least 1 commendation received from a client, direct supervisor, or customer. The commendation should be genuine & voluntarily submitted.
Mark Your Calendars
The nomination period is open quarterly, from the first to the third week of the succeeding month. The deadline for submitting nominations is always the second Friday of the month.

What do the winners receive?
Emapta STAR winners receive a recognition package that includes:
- Certificate of Recognition
- Movie pass for two (2)
- Company Merchandise
- Php 3,000 cash prize credited through your payroll account
