Emapta Standout Talent Awards & Recognition (STAR) Program is a quarterly company-wide initiative ​designed to recognize and reward outstanding performance among our employees.


It's our way of saying thank you for your hard work, dedication & commitment to excellence.

Celebrate and recognize "Star" employees, ​highlighting them as a beacon of inspiration for others.

Strengthen Talent Retention

Build a culture that rewards exceptional work ​and enables talent to thrive & grow.

Criteria & Eligibility

for Nomination

This program is open to all active regular client staff with no ​pending resignation and have clear disciplinary records

at the time of nomination.


Outstanding Performance

This could be exceeding expectations in your role, consistently ​delivering high-quality work, or taking the initiative to improve ​processes.


Recognition

This can be in the form of at least 1 commendation received from a ​client, direct supervisor, or customer. The commendation should be ​genuine & voluntarily submitted.

Mark Your Calendars

The nomination period is open quarterly, from the first to the third ​week of the succeeding month. The deadline for submitting ​nominations is always the second Friday of the month.
